According to the observations at (13:30) hrs MST today, due to western disturbances, rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States, isolated in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Chin State during (27.12.2019) to (29.12.2019).
