4-11-2025:  According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar has moved North-Northwestwards and now lies over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts. It is likely continue to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining  off and along Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and  Northeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (13:30) hrs MST today, due to the western disturbances, convergence of warm air from the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and cold air from the China high pressure system, rain or thundershowers are likely to be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States during today noon to next (48) hrs.
