SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) above March average temperature in Southern Shan State and (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Kayah States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) in Chauk, (40°C) each in Magway, Kyobinkauk, Hinthada and Bawlakhae.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the Andaman Sea and East Central Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 16th March, 2015: Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
