SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin, (Eastern and Southern)Shan, Chin and Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Pinlaung, (4°C) in Loilin, (6°C) in Naungcho and (7°C)each in Heho and Moekok. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Kawthong (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23rd November, 2016: Likelihood of isolated rain in Taninthayi Region, weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
