SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kachin and Kayin States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions and (Eastern and Southern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, Northern Shan, Chin and Kayah States, scattered in Lower Sagaing and Bago Regions and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Naypyitaw and Mandalay Region and isolated heavy falls in Magway Region and Northern Shan State. Night temperatures were (5°C) above November average temperature in (Northern and Eastern) Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Bago Region, Southern Shan and Chin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature was (12°C) in Pinlaung. The noteworthy amounts of rainfalls recorded were Taungtha(Agro) (3.95)inches, Naypyitaw(Zabuthiri) (3.54)inches, Kyaukmae (3.35) inches, Patheingyi(Agro) (2.36)inches, Naypyitaw(Otarathiri) (2.25)inches, Taungdwingyi (2.16)inches, Yamethin (2.04)inches and Mandalay and Madaya(Agro) (1.81)inches each.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th November, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Yangon and  Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of rain or thundershowers will be scattered to fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan State.
