BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over the West Central Bay and adjoining South Bay of Bengal has moved to Northwest wards. It is centered at about (215)miles Southeast of Vishakhapatnam (India), (360)miles South-Southwest of Paradip (India). It would be move initially Northwest wards during next (12)hrs and then recurve Northeast direction towards Bangladesh coast during next (48)hrs. Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and West Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th November, 2016: Weather will be partly cloudy in Eastern Shan, Kayin and Mon States. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Chin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandallay and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (30)m.p.h.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuous of rain or thundershowers scattered to fairly widespread in Sagaing Regions and Chin State.
