BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved to West – Southwest wards and weakened into a low pressuer area.Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th October, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Bago and Taninthayi Regions,Rakhine Kayah and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Mandalay Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (35-40)m.p.h.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan State.
