FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 19th September, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in (Eastern and Northern) Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Sagaing, Magway, Bago and Yangon Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin, Mon and Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Mandalay Region. STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35) m.p.h. Seas will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.
