FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th August, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, kachin, Shan and kayah States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heave falls in Magway Region and isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
