SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain have been isolated in Mon State, weather has been generally fair in Magway Region and Chin State and partly cloudy to cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (4°C) below February average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (4°C) in Loilin, (5°C) each in Namsam and Heho, (6°C) each in pinlaung and Moekok.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the Central Bay and partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14th February, 2015: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in the Northern Myanmar areas.
