26-10-2025:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards. It is centered at about 415 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 405 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 430 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal during next 24 hours, Severe Cyclonic Storm may form on 28-10-2025 and may cross Andhra Pradesh Coast on that night. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Rakhine State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 4°C below January average temperature in Rakhine State, 2°C below January average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State and 2°C above January average temperatures in Yangon, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State and about January average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.0°C in Hakha, 4.5°C in Pyinoolwin, 5.2°C in Tiddim, 5.8°C in Putao, 6.0°C in Heho, 6.5°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 6.7°C in Myitkyina, 7.2°C in Pinlaung, 7.8°C in Loilin and 8.8°C each in Taunggyi and Mongyang.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4thJanuary 2025: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
