SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions, scattered in Magway Region and Southern Shan and isolated in Lower Sagaing Region and Rakhine State. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Southern Shan State and 3°C above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 7.0°C in Hakha, 10.4°C in Tiddim and 13.2°C in Myitkyina. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 1.03 inches in Ngapudaw, 0.83 inch each in Labutta and Myeik, 0.71 inch in Myaungmya, 0.67 inch in Hainggyigyun, 0.59 inch in Mawlamyinekyun, 0.47 inch in Phyarpon and 0.43 inch each in Wakema and Dedaye.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
Special Features: According to the observations at (12:30) hrs MST today, the Typhoon“(YINXING)” over the South China Sea is likely forecast continue to move Southwestwards.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th November 2024: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
