SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan States, isolated in Yangon Region and Eastern Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Chin State and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (10°C) in Tiddim, (11°C) each in Loilin and Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.46) inches in Ye, (1.26) inches in Pathein, (0.87) inch in Myeik and (0.63) inch in Machanbaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 06th November 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Bago Regions and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
