BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Eastcentral Bay of Bangal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 01st May, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and (Northern and Eastern) Shan State, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and Chin, Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
The Condition of Cumulonimbus Cloud: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing over the Taninthayi Region and Shan, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
