BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL  EVENING  OF THE 22nd September, 2022:  Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, in Lower Sagaing, , Mandalay, Magway Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Bago Region and Kachin, Southern Shan,  Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Lower  Sagaing, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of withdrawal of Southwest monsoon from Northern Myanmar areas.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 22nd September, 2022: Isolated rain or thundershowers.  Degree of certainty is (100%).
