SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, scattered in Mandalay Regionand Northern ShanState, fairly widespread in Eastern Shan, Chin, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and Stateswith isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (2.64) inches in Myaungmya, (2.40) inches each in Ngapudaw and Belin, (2.34) inches in Kyangin, (2.32) inches in Loilin, (2.28) inches each in Gyobingauk andKungyangon, (2.20) inches in Rathedaung, (2.02) inches in Okpho, (1.93) inches each in Bhamo and Chaungsone, (1.90) inches in Lemyethna and (1.89) inches in Sittwe.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.
