SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Rakhine, Kayin States, scattered in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon Regions and Mon State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin, Kayah States and widespread in the reamaing Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago Regions. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan, Kayin, Mon States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and Kachin, Eastern Shan States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (11°C) in Hakha and (12°C) in Mindat. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (3.66) inches in Phyu, (2.28) inches in Maungdaw , (2.21) inches in Gangaw, (2.05) inches in Shwekyin, (1.77) inches in Khayan, (1.58) inches in Sagaing, (1.46) inches in Taunggu, (1.30) inches in Pyinoolwin and (1.18) inches in Madauk.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Central Bay and Southwest Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 05th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Chin States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin State, scattered in Bago, Yangon Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah States.
