BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamilnadu coast (India) still persists. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Southwest and West central Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (06:30) hrs MST today, the Low Pressure Area over Malay Peninsula now lies over South Andaman Sea and adjoining near Malay Peninsula still persists.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 22nd November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will beisolated in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan and Rakhine States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperature in Upper Myanmar areas.
