SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah State, scattered in Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, (Northern and Southern) Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Ayeyarwady Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Hainggyigyun (4.92)inches, Kungyangon (2.52)inches, Thipaw (2.12)inches, Hinthada (1.81)inches, Sittwe (1.73)inches, Hpa-an (1.69)inches, Paung (1.57)inches, Thaton (1.46)inches, Labutta (1.26)inches, Shwegwun (1.24)inches, Kataingti (1.23)inches, Pyay (1.22)inches and Maubin (1.18)inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
