8-9-2024:: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Northwest and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move nearly Northwards and may further intensify into a Depression over the Northwest Bay of Bengal (off North Odisha- Gangetic West Bengal Coast, India) during next 24 hours.Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Minimum Water Level Bulletin 

(Issued at 13:00 hrs M.S.T on 10-4-2021)

1.     According to the (12:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of   Ayeyarwady River at Mandalay is (294) cm. It may remain below its minimum alert water level (360) cm during the second (10) days of April, 2021.

 2.     According to the (12:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of   Ayeyarwady River at Minbu is (363) cm. It may rise about (1) foot the present water level during the second (10) days of April, 2021 but may remain below its minimum alert water level (410) cm.

3.     According to the (12:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of   Ayeyarwady River at Magway is (356) cm. It may rise about (1) foot the present water level during the second (10) days of April, 2021 but may remain below its minimum alert water level (410) cm.

4.     According to the (12:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of   Chindwin River at Monywa is (74) cm. It may fall below the present water level by about (½) foot during the second (10) days of April, 2021 and may remain below its minimum alert water level (100) cm.
