Issued at (14:00) hours M.S.T on 9-5-2023

            According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure cell over the Northest Bay of Bengal and further intensified into a Low Pressure Area. It may further intensify into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area during next (24) hrs. Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea, South Bay, Eastcentral Bay and Northeast Bay of Bengal.
