29-10-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm “MONTHA” has crossed Southern Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Coast, India and moved North-Northwestwards downgraded into Cyclonic Storm “MONTHA” over the interior regions of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is likely continue to move North- Northwestwards and may cross interior regions of India and gradually weaken. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, Eastcentral Bay and Southwest Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Low Pressure Area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists and it is forecast weaken gradually.

General caution

Due to the Low Pressure Area, rain or thundershowers will be isolated to scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States during next (48) hrs.
