According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Southwestwards and is crossing to Sri Lanka near Trincomalee.
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the Depression is coded yellow stage.

The Depression is forecast likely to move West-Southwestwards and reach to Comorin Area and neighbourhood.
