It is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards. Weather is cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (17:30)hrsM.S.T today, theDeep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal moved westwards. It is centered at about (660) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco-Island, (745) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Hainggyigyun(Myanmar), (190)Nautical miles North-Northeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka), (160) Nautical milesEast-Northeast of Nagapattinam, (150) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Puducherry and (150) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai (India).

It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the deep depression is coded yellow stage.
