DEPARTMENT OF METEOROLOGY AND HYDROLOGY (MYANMAR)
21-12-2024:According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal continues has moved East-Northeastwards. It is centered at about 510 Nautical miles West of Coco Island (Myanmar), 230 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Visakhapatnam (India). The centre pressure of Depression is (1003) hPa and maximum wind speed near the center is (30-35) miles per hour. Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

According to the observation at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal and Odisha Coast(India) has moved Odisha Coast (India).
