2-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts. Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

   The water levels of Ayeyarwady River are forecast to rise above the present water levels by about (½-1) foot at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu and Katha and to fall below the present water levels by about (½-1) foot at Thabeikkyin, Mandalay, Sagaing, Myinmu, Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun.

   The water levels of Chindwin River are forecast to fall below the present water levels by about (½) foot at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Minkin, Kani and Monywa.
