Well Marked Low Pressure Area Condition

According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Well Low Pressure Area over South Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwest wards and gradually intensify into a Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal during next (12) hours. It is likely to reach Tamilnadu-Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) around (22.11.2022).
General caution
Due to the well marked low pressure area, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread to Scattered in Taninthayi Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Scattered to isloated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Regions and Chin, Kayah,Kayin, Mon States from today morning to (21.11.2022). Squall with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (30-35) mph. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
