Super Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN)
According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Super Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN) over the West Central Bay of Bengal has moved to North-Northeastwards. It is centered at about (280)Nautical miles South of Paradip(Odisha-India), about (360) Nautical miles South of Digha(india), about (430) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Khepupara (Bangladesh), about (470)Nautical miles West-Southwest of Pathein and about (470) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Gwa (Myanmar).
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the Super Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN) is coded yellow stage.

Super Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN) is forecast to weakean into an Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm durng next (6) hous. It is continuously moving North-Northeastwards and may cross between West Bengal(Indian)and Bangladesh coasts.

Due to the Super Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN), rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Shan and Kayah States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Mandalay, Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States during (19.5.2020) to (21.5.2020).

Due to the Super Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN), Surface Wind speed will be (25-30) m.p.h in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Chin and Rakhine States.
