BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 08th September 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, Kayah State, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Eastern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine State and isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions. STATE OF THE SEA: Squall with rough seas are likely at times in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (35) mph. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.
