23-11-2024: According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area has formed over East Equatorial India Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a depression over South Bay of Bengal around 25-11-2024. Thereafter, its likely to move Northwestwards and may reach to Tamil Nadu(India)-Sri Lanka coasts during next 2 days. Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Condition

 A low pressure area may form over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and its may further intensify into a depression. Weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

Rain Condition and Rainy Days

Rain or thundershowers are likely below normal in Upper Sagaing, East Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Northern and Eastern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and about normal in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, West Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States.

Rainy days are expected about (10) to (15) days in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State  and about (4) to (9) days in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.

Day Temperature will be (1.5°C) above normal of April average Temperatures  in Naypyitaw, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and about normal of April average Temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern and Eastern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
