BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the West Central Bay and partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th March, 2015: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough sea are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in strong easterly wind may reach (35) m.p.h. Seas will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.
