A low pressure area may form over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather will be generally fair over the North Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
Rain Condition and Rainy Days
Rain or thundershowers are likely above normal in Thaninthayi Region, below normal in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Northern and Eastern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and about normal in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
Rainy days are expected about (4) to (7) days in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State and about (1) to (3) days in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.

Night Temperature will be (1.5°C) above normal of January average Temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, West Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and about normal of January average Temperatures in Naypyitaw, East Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Southern and Eastern Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
Fog Condition
Foggy days will be expected about (18) to (25) in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern and Eastern Shan, Mon States, (10) to (17) days in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin States and (2) to (9) days in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions.
