SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hrs, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Eastern Shan State, isolated in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) below March average temperatures in Kachin State, (3°C) below March average temperatures in Eastern Shan State, (3°C) above March average temperatures in Magway Region and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) each in Chauk and Minbu, (42°C) in Bawlakhae, (41°C) each in Nyaung Oo, Magway and Sinphyugyun. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Minesat (0.28)inch, Myitkyina and Machanbaw (0.12)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
