SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were about March average temperatures in the whole country. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) each in Chauk, Bawlakhae and Theinzayet, (39°C) each in Minbu, Magway, Taunggu, Shwegyin, Nyaunglaybin, Phyu, Yangon(Kaba-Aye) and Belin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25th March, 2017: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States.
