SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Naypyitaw, Kachin, Southern Shan and Kayah States, isolated in Mandalay, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, (Nothern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy to cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below March average temperatures in Kachin and Nothern Shan States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (39°C) each in Pakokku and Nyaunglaybin. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Maungdaw, Sittwe and Loikaw (0.47)inch each, Pyinmana(Walgyi) (0.28)inch, Naypyitaw(Zayarthiri) (0.23)inch and Putao (0.16)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
