SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Kachin State, isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Chin and Rakhine States, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) below March average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) in Bawlakhae and (39°C) in Kyobinkauk. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Kayaktaw (0.32)inch, Machanbaw (0.28)inch and Putao (0.12)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
