SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been widespread in Nay Pyi Taw, Isolated in (Eastern and Southern) Shan and Kayah States, weather has been Partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago and Taninthayi Regions and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below February average temperature in Taninthayi Region, (3°C) to (4°C) above February average temperature in Lower Sagaing and Bago Regions and Southern Shan State, (5°C) to (6°C) above February average temperatures in Eastern Shan and Kayah States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha and (8°C) in Heho. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Pyinmana (0.67)inch, Zeyarthiri(Yezin ), Zabuthiri and Laiway(0.35)inch each, Nay Pyi Taw Airport (Ela) (0.31)inch, Tatkon (0.16)inch and Pinlaung and Mine Yang (0.08)inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.
