SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Kachin, Kayin and Mon States, generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Kachin and Southern Shan States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States.. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) each in Chauk and Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Myeik (0.31)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the North Bay and partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
