BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs MST today, the cyclonic storm “Nada” over Southwest Bay and adjoning Southeast Bay of Bengal moved to West-Northwest wards and reached over Southwest Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about (225)miles Southeast of Chennai (India), (210)miles East-Southeast of Puducherry (India) and (145)miles Northeast of Trincomalee (Srilanka). It is forecast to move West-Northwest wards. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest and Westcentral Bay of Begal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1st December, 2016: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan State and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of light increase of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States.
