SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Kayin and Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) above November average temperatures in Bago Region, Kayah and Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (7°C) each in Hakha and Tiddim, (8°C) each in Putao, Loilin and Naungcho. The noteworthy amounts of rainfalls recorded were Kalaywa (0.67)inch and Myeik (0.20)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining equatorial Indian Ocean persists. It is likely further intensify into a depression during next 24 hours. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
