SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region and Mon State, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (7°C) below November average temperatures in Southern Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan and Rakhine States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) each in Loilin and Hakha, (2°C) each in Pinlaung and Hakha, (3°C) in Namsam, (6°C) in Putao, (7°C) each in Taunggyi and Naungcho. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Yay (0.86)inch and Myeik (0.08)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th November, 2016: Likelihood of isolated rain in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States and weather will be generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
