SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated light rain in Taninthayi Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Northern Shan, Chin and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Shan(North and South), Kayah and Kayin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Loilin, (5°C) each in Pinlaung and Hakha, (7°C) each in Putao, Namsam and Heho. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Myeik (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North and West Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
