SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Mandalay, Magway Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperature in Kachin, Shan(North and East)and Chin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-1°C) in Hakha, (5°C)each in Pinlaung and Loilin and (6°C)each in Naungcho and Moekok. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Kawthong (0.12)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 22nd November, 2016: Likelihood of isolated rain in Taninthayi Region, weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
