SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy to cloudy in Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions and Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperature in Kachin, Southern Shan and Chin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Loilin and (7°C) in Pinlaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
