BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 09th June, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions, fairly widespread in (Northern and Eastern)Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Kayin, Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7 -10)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
