SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated light rain in Southern and Northern Shan State, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Eastern Shan, Chin and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) above November average temperature in Southern Shan State, (3°C) above November average temperature in Eastern Shan and Kayah State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha and (8°C) in Hkamti.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 18th November, 2016: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Shan State and weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
