FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 16th November, 2016: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Eastern Shan, Kayah and Mon States and weather will be partly cloudyin Bago and Yangon Regions, Rakhine State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
