SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Ayeyarwady Region and Mon State, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Yangon Region and Rakhine State and partly cloudy to cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were about November average temperatures in the whole country. The significant night temperatures were (5°C) in Hakha, (9°C)each in Loilin and Hkamti. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Yay (0.16)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 16th November, 2016: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Eastern Shan, Kayah and Mon States and weather will be partly cloudyin Bago and Yangon Regions, Rakhine State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin , Shan and Chin States.
