SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy to cloudy in Magway, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Kayah State, scattered in Southern Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan and Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (9°C) in Hakha, (10°C) each in Loilin and Hkamti. The noteworthy amounts of rainfalls recorded were Loikaw (1.02)inches, Tatkon (0.32)inch and Pinlaebu (0.24)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th November, 2016: Weather will be partly cloudy in Kachin and Chin States, rain or thundershowers will be isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
