BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Bay of Benga and  partly cloudy Andaman Sea  and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12^th November, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Chin and Rakhine States, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered to fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Bago and Yangon Regions, Kayah and Kayin States.
